The Energy Commission does not require submittal of information to the solar equipment lists as a condition for complying with Title 20 appliance efficiency standards or for installing equipment in California. Some utilities or local governments may use the Energy Commission’s solar equipment lists during their interconnection or permit application processes.
Note #1: : The information in this list supplements the Grid Support Inverter List, and Energy Storage System List. The listed model numbers can also be found in the applicable equipment list.
Note #2: “Additional Required PCS Devices” identifies any devices required to enable PCS functionality, as reported on the UL 1741 CRD test report summary. Note that different installed configurations may or may not require different combinations of the devices identified.
